Who provides the content?

Your team provides the content and translations, or chooses an available reference collection to translate for your community.

Which devices can people use?

People can open the apps in a web browser on computers, tablets and phones, including Android and iOS devices. Optional mobile Home Screen installation is available, and both plans include an Android app installation file.

Can we update content ourselves?

Yes. Your active subscription includes Builder access, onboarding, and email support so your team can manage supported content and translations.

How long does setup take?

We agree a launch timeline after reviewing your content, languages, and setup needs.

What happens if our subscription ends?

Your published apps remain accessible for as long as we continue operating. Builder access, further content changes, and ongoing updates stop until you renew.
